What is a Survival Filter? | Guide

How many of our readers have placed themselves in a situation where they needed water and didn’t have a clean source? I can tell you that during a weekend hike in the Bridger-Teton National Forest last summer, I needed to use water purification tablets. During my first tour in Iraq, I was told that no matter what, don’t drink the water or even brush your teeth with the water.
