The North Carolina company, Trailblazer Firearms, which introduced to the world a pocket-sized folding .22 pistol now plans to bring a folding 9mm carbine to the market; The Pack 9.

Trailblazer Firearms officially announced this week the upcoming release of the Pack 9 carbine. It’s a 9mm blowback-action carbine with an innovative folding design that compacts the gun down to just under 21″ in its smallest form.

Using Glock compatible double-stack magazines, the Pack 9 has a 16-inch threaded barrel, weighs a very nimble 5-pounds, and expands to 29.7″ overall with the stock extended.

No word on the MSRP for the Pack 9 carbine, but Trailblazer Firearms plans to have it added to its catalog sometime in 2022, which is less than 4 months away.

The closest carbine on the market to the Pack 9 is Kel-Tec SUB2000, which weighs a couple of ounces less, folds down to 16.25-inches, and is offered in 9mm and .40 cal.
