5.11 pants are considered by most people as the gold standard of tactical pants and for good reason. I own 3 pairs of 5.11 pants and have never had one complaint about any of them. They do exactly what they say they will do and 2 pairs have held up for 4 years so far without any sign of degradation (3rd pair is brand new). When it comes to tactical pants for me, I prefer to be able to wear them in as many environments as possible so I can get the most out of them. I use them for going out on the town, hiking, hunting, fishing, and anything else I need to do outside, including gardening.
The 5.11 Fast-Tac Urban Pants look professional, are as light as possible, flexible, and breath better than most other pants I have. They’re made from 100% polyester that is water-resistant to repel light rain or splashing water from creeks or rivers. If they do get wet, they dry within minutes and don’t leave a sour smell as some fabric does. Built with self-adjusting belt loops and 5 pockets to accommodate an EDC kit of your choice. The list price is normally $40.00, but right now these pants are on sale for $23.99 and they have them in my favorite color, charcoal. I don’t recommend waiting too long because the most popular sizes will be gone by the weekend, I believe.
